Cleaning Policies
Aqua Cleaning and Janitorial
- First time clients; all services require a 50% deposit in advance in order to be schedule.
- All prices are considered base prices, this is subject to the actual condition of the property. If the property requires extra effort, time, products and service, there may be an additional cost, only discussed between the GM and the client.
- Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 10% fee from the deposit.
- Credit card payment have a 5% surcharge. We accept Zelle, cash app, credit card, and company check.
- An inspection is requested upon completion of our work, so that any corrections can be made before staff leave the property. Any extra visits are subject to an additional charge.
- Please secure your pets until the service is complete.
- Our cleaning staff is not authorized to move any of the big appliances.
To schedule any service, please give us a call or a text message to 407-533-8539. Our cleaning staff is not allowed to schedule any service on behalf of the company, so we are not responsible for services that does not follow these guidelines, and it is not in our regular system.
Our cleaning services do not include back/front porch, garage, balcony or any outside areas.
